Dr. Nima Salimipour graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Tabriz University (Iran) in 1997. In the first four years of his practice, he began working with the World Health Organization (WHO) in southern Iran to provide dental care to impoverished civilians in the region. It was this experience that led him to create a low cost dental clinic in central Iran in the following two years of his practice. Returning home, he opened his own private practice in Tehran focusing mainly on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. In 2010, Dr. Salimipour moved to Canada and after completing his Dental Medicine Doctorate (DMD) at UBC’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2013.
