Dr. Sam Siew graduated from the University of Western Australia’s School of Dentistry in 1970. In 1973 he moved to Vancouver, where for the first 20 years of his career he studied under the Vancouver Endodontic Seminar, the Periodontic Seminar, Dr. PK Thomas’ International Academy in Gnathology, Dr. Dick Tucker’s Gold Inlay Study Club, and Dr. Jerry Stibbs’ W.K. Sproule Gold Foil study club. In 1991, he began his study of dental implant surgery with the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute based out of Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Siew is a Fellow and member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, a member of the American Academy of Osseousintegration and a member of the Canadian Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also a member of the Vancouver Orthodontic Study Club No. 3 under Dr. Daniel Cheng since 1985, and a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis since 1973.
