Dr. Christopher Zed is a lifelong practitioner of dental healthcare, totaling more than 25 years of experience within the field. His range of experience spans from chief of dentistry at the Vancouver General Hospital, to a professorship at the University of British Columbia, and even to a brief role as the Olympic Chief of Dentistry during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

His work in the field has been underpinned by his own personal research and writing, which has largely focused on topics such as oral cancer and community dentistry. Today his primary work is as dental surgeon and owner of Bayview Lonsdale Dental. He believes in patient centered care which strives for thoughtful and compassionate behavior.

Outside of his work he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, and other active hobbies.

Dr. Mojhdeh MalekSabet graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2013 in Iran. Following graduation, she worked as a general dentist for four years in both public and private dental clinics in Iran. Dr. Malek then moved to Canada and successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) exam. In 2022, she obtained her Canadian license with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC and joined the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Malek has a strong interest in all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic, restorative, clear aligners (including Invisalign), root canal therapy, veneers, crowns, and bridges.

Dr. Malek is passionate about providing comfortable dental treatment, and she believes that communication and connecting with her patients play a key role in helping to alleviate any fear of dentistry. Dr. Malek continues to develop and advance her knowledge and skill set through ongoing dental education courses to ensure that her patients receive the best care. Her practice philosophy is to improve the overall well-being of her patients by providing high-quality, comprehensive oral care utilizing the newest technology and materials.

Mojdeh continues to develop and advance her knowledge and skill set through ongoing dental education courses in Invisalign, endodontics, and composite Veneer in order to ensure that her patients receive the best care. Dr. Malek is a member of the FORCE International Orthodontics Study Club, American Academy of Clear Aligners, and BIOCLEAR training center.

Dr. Malek is bilingual and speaks Farsi and English. Aside from dentistry, she enjoys partaking in outdoor activities, skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
