Or maybe you’ve been in Vancouver, driving down Highway 1 or waiting at the bus stop near UBC, and caught a glimpse of a similar message — simple, friendly, and focused on one thing: smiles.

So… who’s behind this campaign?

The answer: 123Dentist.

We’re one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations — or as we prefer to say, a community of dental practices from coast to coast. And we’re behind the Smiles Across Canada campaign that you’re seeing in your city.

What Is “Smiles Across Canada”?

Smiles Across Canada is our national brand campaign celebrating the people — and the smiles — that make our communities great. Whether it’s your child’s first dental visit or your grandparents’ regular check-up, we believe every smile has a story, and every community deserves access to trusted dental care.

This campaign was designed to reflect that belief. The blue smiley you see on our billboards is part of our visual identity — it’s a reminder that joy, confidence, and health start with a healthy smile.

Well, not quite – but we did film a commercial in the heart of Toronto, at the famous Opera House.

You can spot our billboards in key high-traffic areas across Ontario and British Columbia throughout October/November 2025. Some of the exact locations include:
