Received several awards for academic and clinical excellence while obtaining my DMD degree including: the Mary Jane Ego Scholarship, the Dr. F.W.L. Hamilton Scholarship, the Sophee Kanee Memorial Prize, the Manitoba Blue Cross Dental Scholarship, the Shaw Laboratories Ltd Scholarship, the Elsevier Science Canada Health Sciences Award, the McNicol Research Scholarship, and the University of Manitoba Merit Award.
