Participate in Maple Ridge’s annual tradition of a 5km or 10km walk (or 4k family walk) around Kanaka Creek Regional Park. Proceeds go towards the Ridge Meadows Hospice Society.

A beautiful course through Kanaka Creek Regional Park. The panoramic views gave the Vistas Run its name!
Please no baby stroller or pets on the 5K or 10K routes, but welcome on the family route. Remember to bring water and to dress appropriately for the weather, we have seen it all in 21 years; rain, sunshine, hot and cold temperatures. There are water stations on the course and at the event finish line.
Washroom facilities are available at the event registration entrance.
4k Family Walk
Strollers and leashed pets are welcome on the family walk route.
