This is the training clinic to prepare for both the Vancouver Sun Run and our very own Up The
Creek 5k and 10k Run.
Time: 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM
Location: Hyde Creek
As a BONUS, this clinic also meets as a group on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 6:30pm at Hyde Creek Recreation Centre. Run clinic participants can also register
for the Up The Creek Run for only $18.55.
