The Health & Wellness Expo will bring together local and commercial vendors with the intention of sharing ideas, techniques and products which encompass mind, body and spirit. Educational seminars and hands-on demonstrations will take place throughout the day and offer patrons the opportunity for in-depth analysis into a variety of relevant topics.
