The Official Opening of the Victoria Park “Winter Wonderland” is Friday, November 29, 2019 at 6:15 p.m. with the lights being turn on at 6:50 p.m. The lights will remain on nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. until December 31, 2019. You can also view the lights from the City Hall Promenade Deck, on certain days and hours.
