There is a high turnover amongst hygienists. I've never had the same one twice. Some are good and some tear your mouth apart.

This is a dentist office that cares about their patients. Everyone is greeted pleasantly when they arrive and there is little to no wait time before you are taken in to see the hygienist or the dentist for your appointment. The office is happy which makes the patients happy. They're very thorough and give good advice. Making an appointment and keeping it with their reminders is easy. This dentist makes going to the dentist pleasant.
I highly recommend this dental clinic. I did receive care from Dr. Awad and was impressed. My experience from the time I booked the appointment, to going there and being seen on time and the procedures I needed over time was all superb.
I have very sensitive and soft teeth so I always feared dental visits. I started seeing Dr. Gill over 8 years ago and him and his team have taken great care of me. He is a very patient and caring dentist and truly makes sure you are comfortable if you are having cavities/work done. I no longer live in the area but will make the 30 minute drive just to see Dr. Gill and his team. My teeth are well taken care of and I actually enjoy my visit to his office. Denise, the main receptionist is a gem and enjoyable to work with. Thank you Dr. Gill and team for awesome service :)
