Dr. Darren Kaplan graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. Upon graduation he was selected to participate in a one year dental residency program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where he gained valuable experience in surgical and emergency dentistry. Dr. Kaplan practices dentistry with a focus on surgery, particularly wisdom teeth removal and implant placement.

While not in the office Dr. Kaplan enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is kept very busy by his two daughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle, taking part in various sports and activities. Dr. Kaplan has a very gentle and caring approach to dentistry and is excited to be a member of our team. He is looking forward to meeting you and making your dental experience a positive one.

A native of Toronto, Dr. Choubey received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science at the University of Toronto. She then went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University.

She enjoys all aspects of dentistry with an emphasis on preventative and restorative care. She understands that dental experiences can be stressful for many, and her goal is to ease her patient’s anxiety to ensure that everyone is able to receive the care they require.

In her free time. Dr. Choubey enjoys trying different cuisines, travelling, and spending time with her family, and golden doodle, Joey.

Dr. Vickie Hung completed her dental education at the University of Toronto, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Honours. During her undergraduate studies at Western University, she had the opportunity to visit Ecuador with a non-profit organization. There, she volunteered with healthcare professionals providing medical and dental services to underserved communities and ultimately decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Hung’s favourite part of dentistry is building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals. She is certified in nitrous oxide sedation and Invisalign, and is constantly looking to advance her dental knowledge and skills through continuing education. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Outside of the practice, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Beshwol Hanna completed his dental training at the University of Toronto. Before moving to Canada, he completed his initial dental training at Cairo University. He then pursued further training at the prestigious Cairo University Hospital. His passion for extending access to care to underserved communities motivated him to participate in multiple outreach trips.

“I place a strong emphasis on patient comfort and satisfaction. I understand that visiting the dentist can be a stressful experience for many people. That’s why I make every effort to ensure that my patients feel at ease and relaxed during their appointments,” says Dr. Hanna. His gentle approach to dentistry ensures an outstanding experience, making patients feel comfortable and confident in receiving the best care possible.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Beshwol Hanna is committed to continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. He believes that everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile and is dedicated to providing his patients with preventive care.

In his spare time, Dr. Beshwol Hanna enjoys playing squash, biking, hiking, and spending time with his family.
