You’ll find us right on Fraser Street, just a couple blocks south of 49th. The clinic’s been part of this neighbourhood for a long time. Some of our patients walk here from home. Others stop in after work or bring the whole family in on a Saturday. We’ve recently renovated the space to make it more comfortable, and we’ve added evening hours so you don’t have to rearrange your entire day just to take care of your teeth.

People come in for all kinds of reasons – cleanings, cavities, wisdom teeth, Invisalign®, implants. Some are nervous and just want to talk things through – and that’s completely fine. We offer sedation and explain every option clearly, without rushing you.

We speak multiple languages in the office. That matters to a lot of people around here – it helps make things easier to understand and puts people at ease. We’ll show you what we’re seeing with digital scans and cameras so you can make decisions that feel right for you.

We follow the BC Dental Fee Guide and offer direct billing. The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is accepted, and if you need help with payments, we’ll walk through the options with you. Whether it’s been a while or you’re simply looking for a new clinic, we’re here when you’re ready.
