Search by City: Our clinics can be grouped by city or cities.

Search by Language spoken: Many of our offices have staff on hand that speak languages other than English. So, if you’ve got a loved one who’s reluctant to visit the dentist due to a language barrier, use the language search filters to find a local dentist who speaks their language.

A: Yes, all of our dentists have graduated from an accredited university and continue to upgrade their education each year. Our dentists are registered with the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia (CDSBC) and all of our hygienists and assistants have fulfilled their required education requirements.

Q. I already have a dentist, but am looking to change. Is that OK?

A: Absolutely! It’s very important for you to build a relationship with a dentist whom you trust and feel 100% comfortable with. Sometimes, that “perfect fit” isn’t there for a variety of reasons – including distance from the practice to your home or workplace, the limited services of office hours that your current practice offers you, the lack of family-friendly amenities, and many other reasons.

When you’re ready to change dentists within the 123 Community Dentist Network, we will facilitate all of the paperwork.

Q. Do I have to make an appointment?

A: Making an appointment allows us to set aside specific time for the dentist or hygienist to attend to your treatment. This minimizes the amount of time spent waiting, as well as gives us the opportunity to allow the correct amount of time for the appointment. You can make an appointment in person or by phone.

 

Q. What are your hours?

A: Each 123 Community Dentist has varied hours of operation. To find the most convenient location and doctor schedule, please use our “Find Your Dentist” page and choose the days or hours that suit your schedule.

 

Q. Is there a charge for missed appointments?

A: An appointment is time that is set aside especially for you to receive the necessary treatment. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If the time requirement is not fulfilled there will be a charge of $75.00/hour.

 

Q. What are your payment procedures?

A: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Card or cash. Payment is due the day treatment is rendered. Please note we do not accept cheques.

 

Q. Do you accept dental plans?

A: Yes, we do accept dental plans and bill them directly for services provided. Therefore at the time of the appointment you only need to pay the portion that the insurance does not cover. Some plans however will not send payment to the dental office. In this case you will be responsible to pay in full on the day you receive treatment. We do however forward the claim to your insurance on your behalf.

It is important to remember that dental insurance plans are contracts between you, your employer and the insurance company.

As a courtesy to you as our patient, we do our best to find the details of your coverage and any limitations, and inform you accordingly. However should the cost of any treatment be declined by your insurance, your account balance is ultimately your responsibility.
